Gift fic 22 - Thanksgiving Day themed!
Today's story was inspired by this article.
"Sam? Can I ask you a question?"
Sam Witwicky jerked in surprise, whirling towards his guardian's voice. "Bee! I thought we'd talked about this! Today's Thanksgiving and I've got a house full of relatives who don't know about you guys! I mean, it'd be awesome to have everyone together for Thanksgiving. We'd have to have it at Lennox' or something because there's not enough room here or at Mikaela's, but the whole secrecy thing makes that kind of hard..."
A pair of human-sized hand - larger than Mikaela's - landed on Sam's shoulders as Bumblebee's voice gently ordered, "Breathe, Sam. I'm incognito."
The teen did so, staring at Bumblebee's holo-driver in front of him. "Oh. Right. Forgot about that. So, what can I do for you, Bee?"
The faux human shifted slightly, "I was hoping you or Mikaela could explain something to me."
Sam shot a glance at the family room, where most of his relatives were watching football. "Alright, I'll do my best."
"What crime did a pair of turkeys commit that warranted a Presidential Pardon?"
